Arrival in San José
Orientation with Eco Aventuras
Costa Rica Tennis Club** in quadruple occupancy

| Day 2 |
07:00, We leave for Irazú Volcano.
Transfer to Puerto Viejo de Limon Punta Coclés hotel***, rest of the day free to swim in the Sea or Pool (B, L, D).

| Day 3 |
Butterfly farm visit in Coclés.
Rest of the day we explore the coral reefs of Manzanillo.
Night at Punta Coclés*** (B, L, D).

| Day 4 |
Expedition to Yorkin. The bus will leave us at the end of the road, we then walk our way towards the community along the Sixaola River, natural border with Panama... Some very interesting workshops and discussions await us. We sleep there in a big dormitory or hut (B, L, D) |
| Day 5 |
More discussions and workshops along with a guided walk in the jungle with
an experienced Bri-bri guide. We come back down the River in dugout canoes.
Spend the night at Punta Coclés*** (B, L, D)

| Day 6 |
Banana plantation visit (both organical and commercial)
Lunch et Pierre Dubois and orchid farm visit.
PM: Cahuita National Park visit and some time off in the village.
Dinner at Cha Cha Cha / Sobre las Olas
Again Punta Coclés hotel*** (B, L, D).

| Day 7 |
La Catarata de la Paz visit (butterfly farm, waterfall and orchids)
Buffet at La Catarata de la Paz
Transfer to Santa Elena / Quebrada Grande de San Carlos
You will be hosted by a local family. Small welcome party.

Biological Reserve of Santa Elena / Quebrada Grande
Lunch with your family
Termales del Bosque hot springs
Return to Santa Elena / Quebrada Grande in your host family

| Day 9 |
Morning in a local school with regular students
Typical cuisine course and lunch together
Afternoon, you work in the fields with your host family members, night in Santa Elena / Quebrada Grande with your host family

| Day 10 |
La Fortuna de San Carlos visit
Arenal Volcano National Park visit
Again your host family in Santa Elena / Quebrada Grande

| Day 11 |
Day with your host family
Farewell party and last night in Santa Elena / Quebrada Grande

We leave for Jacó (trip lasts around 5 hours)
Afternoon on the beach (Pacific Ocean)
Night at Best Western Jacó Beach in quadruple |

All day cruise to Isla Tortuga
Return San José. Costa Rica Tennis Club** in quadruple |
| Day 14 |
Café Britt plantation visit in Heredia
Lunch on the coffee plantation at Don Prospero's
Afternoon shopping in Moravia
Dinner rat the Costa Rica Tennis Club**
