Custom formalities

Personal luggage is not subject to taxation, including a series of articles for private or professional use, in quantities that indicate they are not aimed for commercial use. Costa Rican laws permit examination of your luggage and you need to fill out travel papers that indicates what you are bringing in, including fruit, vegetable, meat and meat by products, vaccines, serums, etc. For families traveling together, only one form need to be filled out.
